We spent 3 nights at the Moose Crossings and it was great. We visited the mine tour and Craters of the Moon NP. Both were outstanding and Moose Crossings was a great place to day trip from. They have ATV trail access, full hookups, a place to wash vehicles, altho not RV's. Barbara who is the camp host/owner with her husband is the nicest host with a goal of making your stay as pleasant as possible. We have stayed in many nice campgrounds, but this one with mountain views on all four sides is the most beautiful we have ever seen. Can't say enough about Moose Crossing RV Park. We came for the Rally in the Pines and liked it so much we spent the rest of the summer camping there. Barbara and Jeff are wonderful hosts, the park is clean and quiet and leaving for the trails straight from the park is the best. Even our dogs love it there. Here's the deal. Barb and Jeff are the owners who really care about their customers. We have stayed at the RV park for the last 3 years. Twice we have had family reunions at their park. Unfortunately, we will miss this year but will be back to see them next year for sure. There are many things to do in the valley and our family likes to run RZR;s. We have toured both sides of highway 93 and there is no shortage of fun. Moose Crossing RV is a great place to spend time. Very economical as well. Well worth the drive to go see them!!! Jocelyn is still waiting to see a Moose in the wild but there are many close by the RV park. it is all about timing to see them. We stayed at the wonderful Moose Crossing RV Park the end of August and then returned for a week in September. What a lovely place to stay and enjoy the close proximity to many places. Easy access to ATV and UTV trails by going out the back exit; no need to get out on the highway! Extremely clean campgrounds and facilities with a nice pet walk for the dogs. Barbara and Jeff couldn't be more accommodating and nice. We can't wait to go back next Spring.  —  Ted and Cris Harr
